At KUMO Carbon, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a 24-month warranty on all parts, giving you complete confidence in your purchase.

24-Month Warranty Coverage

All KUMO Carbon products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a valid claim under this warranty, the following conditions must be met:

• The product has not been fitted yet OR must be fitted by an authorised KUMO Carbon fitting partner.

• The issue must be the result of a manufacturer defect, not improper installation or external damage.

• The item must show no signs of damage from stone chips, scratches, impacts, accidents or other user-related causes.

• The part must be a genuine KUMO Carbon product.

• You must be the original purchaser of the item.

Please note: warranty claims will not be accepted if the product was not fitted by an authorised KUMO Carbon fitting partner.

Warranty Claims & Returns

• Customers are responsible for pre-paying return shipping for warranty inspections.

• If the claim is approved, we will reimburse your return shipping cost.

• Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your claim within 7 business days.

If your warranty is accepted, you may choose one of the following options:

• A refund to your original payment method

• A store credit for the full value

• A replacement product (if stock is available)
