Refund Policy
1. Returns & Refund Policy – Kumo Carbon
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order — without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@kumocarbon.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have another 14 days to return the product to us. Once we receive it in unused and original condition, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost (standard rate only).
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
This right applies only to private consumers within the EU and does not cover customized or made-to-order products.
4. Eligibility for General Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) must be provided.
Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
5. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
We may grant partial refunds for:
• Items not in original condition or with missing/damaged parts not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming its arrival and the outcome of the review.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider.
3. Contact your bank.

8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please email info@kumocarbon.com and send your item to:

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.
If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
• If your refund is approved, original shipping fees (if any) may be deducted.
• For all returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
